Dooku is too powerful to be killed playing fair on neutral ground. He's within Mara's Batman range though, should she be able to NOT play fair.

Tyranus is faster and more masterful with both a blade and in the Force. Unless Mara turns the fight into a brawl again and keeps it that way, she loses.
