You all severely overrate Batman as a fighter. Electra is a prodigy. Batman relies on his equipment and running.

Elektra for combat speed, reaction and agility.
Bats for strength and cunning, maybe cunning.
And since it doesn't say Strictly melee or h2h in the OP she also gets her TP.

Its not easy. but she can win every fight, hard fought.
