And Superman survived the world engine, black hole, oil rig, re entry into earth and his counterparts. What's the point?
Superman didn't "survive" a black hole, he survived flying away from it.
Anyway, I don't want to get into this debate of who's tougher. The point I originally wanted to make was that people keep mentioning Thor dodging away from aircraft gunfire while conveniently forgetting that Superman also tried to avoid aircraft gunfire.
Obviously it hurts them even if doesn't seriously injure them.
Plus Thor has multiple durability feats that match (if not surpass) Superman's durability feats.

Ok well you made the claim

In which MOS did take a mini gun to the face and body.
I was never debating Thor dodging aircraft fire. As we see MOS and THOR both doing the same thing. They both smart enough to know that dodging a high powered gun is better then being hit by it.
Hell I can't think of any superhero that likes being hit by large bullets besides Routh. He tanked a uber ultra caliber mini gun and a bullet to the eye like it was a joke.
Hulk even hates being hit by bullets as it really pisses him off, so it def affects most superheroes.
Ok so I took the time to watch the MOS fight scene. He gets hit in the face once and though it didn't do any damage, it did knock his head back and looks like it hurt him somewhat.
Other than that, during his fight with Namek they were getting shot at and both were ignoring the rounds, but from what I can tell they were from hand held automatic rifles and not miniguns. And I couldn't see any other time he got shot in the face... unless I try to watch the whole thing in slow mo, which I'm too lazy to do.

Glad we put this to bed. And no, its didn't hurt him, unless you call his head being moved being hurt? In the very next scene he's flying and saving the solider falling out of the helo Nam just tossed a car at.
And I am pretty sure Automatic rifles are >pistols.

He actually gives a brief grunt after getting shot in the face. Pretty sure that's an indication of pain. But even if it didn't harm him, can we at least agree that getting your head knocked back >> flinching?
IIRC Loki was also shot at with automatic rifles and Sif was shot with a shotgun.

We getting off topic, you said they never took rounds to the face, they did, and more powerful ones.
Case closed.

Nope, never said that. This is what I said:
none of the Kryptonians can say they got shot in the face and didn't flinch.
So far, my statement has proven correct. Not sure why you don't want to just admit this.

Admit what? He got hit in the face? I already said this. You trying to say caused his head moved thats some big deal because Loki's didn't. I don't waste my time debating a none issue since Minigun>Assault Rifle>Pistol.

Ok I'll keep it simple for your benefit.
What I said was "none of the Kryptonians can say they got shot in the face and didn't flinch." Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Yes, he flinched, but its common sense Minigun>Assault Rifle>Pistol. You know what your doing, and its silly.

Superman dodged gunfire too...
I know, which was my entire point for bringing it up with Thor and Hulk.

He was without any serious injury and was shocked more than anything. Yes, Thor owns Loki.He was also skilled vs cap. Hulk swatted away like annoying flies whereas Superman flew away. He if could effortlessly tank why fly away ? Makes no sense.
But there is a difference between tanking something and what Loki did. At the time it looked like he probably had massive internal trauma. We know he recovered quickly so either he didn't or he has a hell of a healing factor. But he was still defeated by Hulk, you don't get defeated by attacks you "tank".
As for why he flew away, notice I never said Superman tanked the attacks you are saying. Unlike you saying Loki "tanked" Hulks attacks. I drew a comparison with machine gun fire because kryptonians in MOS were being affected by it and yet it was being implied Thor was a good deal above that.

To me, if I toss a grenade at you and after it explodes you haven't even been budged and the only damage is done to your clothes..that is tanking the attack. If you get exploded back and have even superficial wounds..you didn't tank it, you survived it.

Just curious, why do you keep mentioning a pistol? No one here ever mentioned a pistol.
The only time he was hit in the face was with a pistol, and sorry to disappoint and destroy your whole argument, I just watched the clip and he too flinched when he was hit in the face, by a pistol. Its poor form to lie and make all this up, only to be found out you were misrepresenting the character.
So..
