I pretty much agree with everything you said except the penetration part. Loki has easily penetrated Thor and Kurse with bladed weapons.

i know i am just unsure if supermans penetration resistance was at the same level as an asgardian or a kursed dark elf

If the question was "could Loki assassinate Supes?" Then given the right weapon I would give Loki a 10/10. Straight up fight and no outside power source or weapon? Loki gets a 1/10 and I feel like I'm being pretty generous.
