Unfortunately, every time a judge gives a cornball case credence it sets a precedence.

But it has become the defacto frivolous lawsuit in many people's minds. Oh hey this women sued and won because she the thought the coffee was too hot. Most people don't know that she got third degree burns from spilling the coffee on herself.
