And for some strange reason, I can't find the scan after that but she nearly drops half of the Avengers team (Hyperion, Carol, and Cap).
Their agility is about the same. Would give the strength edge to Grail. Speed is about the same but when it comes to hax weapons, Proxima has it in the bag.

I also brought up her throwing her haxx weapon at Panther (T'Challa, not Shuri) and T'Challa getting out of the way - which you conveniently ignored. You don't think Grail could do the same? And leap out of the way? PM's reaction speeds - against a trained Amazonian, no less - would be key in a fight, no? Once she throws her hax weapon - and I admit, it is a pretty much 1-shot kill weapon - once she throws it, and it is dodged (as BP has managed to dodge it, and random soldiers have outreacted it) what does PM have? She was unable to put Cage down h2h, I hardly see her skills/speed/strength being a factor.
Alt reality heroes? I'll remember that next time you bring up Injustice Superman. Not to mention, we never really saw any of their fights, and they all happened off panel.

So we have Black Panther dodging a toss along with a soldier jumping in the way of the blade but we have Monica trying to outpace it while moving at light speed (you also forgot that even if she dodged the first attack, the blade can turn around and home in on its target until whatever Target - Grail is hit) and got hit and Hulk was moving at super speed as well and got tagged. So, even if we look at average showings, it is still hellava fast.
Do you have fts of Grail punches shaking the city like Proxima and Luke Cage fight was doing? Extremely high end showing for Cage. I would love for you to match it.

Proof that Monica was moving at lightspeed? I mean, Flash gets tagged all the time - does not mean whatever's tagged him was moving at lightspeed. I'm sure you have this proof, yes?
How fast was Hulk moving? PM says that he's fast - but when Corvus suggests a wider net, she disagrees. Whilst they were chatting casually. So he was hardly moving at speeds she can't handle. Grail dodged a sucker shot from Cyborg.
I did not forget that if she dodges, the spear can turn around - as it did not do so with BP, or with the soldier, or with Captain America. Great homing ability there.
She tears promethium with her bare hands - she's fairly strong. Her blades are able to pierce Shazam easily. Next issue will probably show more feats.
But let me get this clear - are you using collateral damage as proof? Just say the word, and I will remember this for later use.

Hulk blitzed them and before he attempted this, he was half way across the city and made it to them in a speed fashion in one panel. He was moving hellava fast. Also, she split the blade up into 3. It wasn't a single blade that hit Hulk so yes, the net was wider. Not impressed with what Grail dodged since it doesn't compare at all to Proxima slapping heat vision out of the air.

No one is saying she is weak but Cage fts are better unless you have proof otherwise that it isnt. Shaking the city, opening up the mouth of a turtle that was cloud height. Stopping a plane. You're the one that brought up Cage like he was weak, so i'm sure you got something proving that Proxima fight against him was a low showing for her.

Correction, prior to attempting it, he had jumped. As he has no flight, the speed at which he lands can only ever be terminal velocity. Which isn't all that fast. Note the angle of the speed lines - he was jumping onto them.

Because Grail is fast, and has the weaponry to one shot heralds (Shazam). Imagine if she used that blade on PM, who we've seen, was pierced by a random Wakandan soldier who is human-level in speed and strength.
