General Grievous 6-7/10 here. Even if the Jedi had access to their force abilites it wouldn't change much. Sora Bulq suffers from his tactical T and while Kao might be able to use his full arsenal of abilities better and more frequently, Grievous has been shown to easily dodge force based attacks from others. Lol This fights supposed to be about dueling lol. Grievous would dispatch Bulq when he rushes in with his tactical tunnel vision then would move on to Kao similar to Dooku vs Anakin and Obi-Wan in AOTC.

OCWs Grievous, with fear, surprise and intimidation as Dooku counseled? He takes this.

Bulq was able to hold his own in lightsaber duel against Mace Windu himself. He also was able to push him onto wall.
OCW Grievous was stomped by Dooku and Windu.
Sora Bulq solos and with Kao, who is also very skilled, it's a stomp.
