Green Lantern vs. Magneto

Setting: Downtown New York City, near my favorite pizza place.

Who wins?

Have to say Green Lantern.

Yup, GL. The shitty character portrayal wins.

Fassbender's portrayal was pretty gnarly.

Only way I see it is if GL has some metal on the clothes under the GL-suit and if Magneto can access said metal through the GL-suit.

Otherwise GL can drop a mini-sun on Mags or concoct some ridiculous giant gatling gun/rocket/flamethrower/grenade/mini-nuke combo-launcher.

Put him a box and chuck him in space

don't remember anything from Green Lantern that tells me he can beat Fassbender Mags

Clearly the movie character of Magneto is cooler, but in a fight, movie Green Lantern would win pretty solidly.

Movie Magneto for some reason has always lacked his forcefield, so he's going to go down.
