More like does BT have any feats. DC does a terrible job with their streets not in the bat family and sometimes with them like Cassandra and JVP. BT, Shiva, Richard Dragon all have top notch reps but with little feats or appearances to match.

BT is still better than Crossbones with the feats he have like beating Batman and Deathstroke.

1/2 km starting distance does make it lopsided. Tiger has no ranged options. Bones had a great accuracy feat in his very first appearance.

And in hth, unarmed Rumlow beat Daredevil w/ billy clubs...

What do you consider SG for CB?
Does he usually walk around with more than s sidearm? Because A, automatic weapons burn ammo, and B, those weapons and their ammo are heavy.
I dont see a no prep battle having him show up with any type of rifle, and several hundred rounds.

He's been known to carry a sniper rifle with him.

For a mission or a trip to the store?
Not trying to be a dick, just saying most characters that use firearms do so mission specifically.
If this were the Punisher i wouldnt automatically assume he had any more than a gun and a couple of blades unless he had access to a cache.

Any top martial artist should be able to dodge bullets. Catwoman has dodged bullets multiple times. I know Crossbones is a good shot but even decent streets seems to always dodge bullets or aim dodge fast enough to avoid major injury.

The New 52 Were-Cat version only have a few appearances, who knows what that version can do?

I see what you're saying. Frank carries more than that on average, though. The man is a walking armory.

Back to Bones. His appearances are very limited, so it's tough to say what is standard for him. But even without the specialized equipment, his accuracy is good enough to get a couple of hits in a forum match - 500 metres between him and his opponent, after all. Those do not need to be kill shots - wound shots would suffice, since his proficiency in hand-to-hand is nothing to laugh at. Finishing wounded BT in hth should be well within Brock's abilities.

Appreciate the thought out response. Didnt really notice BT is a were tiger now, though. I'd think his damage soak is more than human, as would be his reflexes.

Yeah, Nu Tiger is a were-tiger. Know next to nothing about that version though. I think I read somewhere on KMC that DC is planning to get rid of that new morphing ability, if they haven't done so already.

Pre-Flashpoint was still a relatively normal human.

With regards to BT, I guess pre52 feats SHOULD count, considering how little we've seen of the tiger man.

Pre52 skills + weretiger form would allow him to stomp the likes of Abhiman and Darkseed easily 😛
