Kas'im broke doors with a force push, that should be enough to replicate Kanans feat.

When someone isn't paying attention and/or distracted, less powerful opponents can capitalize while their defense is down. That seems to be the case in the "new canon", I don't remember if it is with Legends. Either way, it's irrelevant to keep going "KANAN AND EZRA FORCE PUSHED HIM HE SUCKS", when they couldn't hope to do that while he wasn't distracted.
