Loki vs Rogers & Stark

The Asgardian god takes on the rivals, this time with the intention to win.

All characters as of Avengers Assemble, both in terms of character and gear. Morals are on, no interference, to the death.

Setting: 22 Konigstrasse.

Is the Avengers duo strong enough and coordinated enough to tackle Loki Laufeyson?

They took him down once, they can do it again.

Loki can win this and likely will with his scepter.

They'll give Loki a good fight but in the end I don't think they have enough damage output to take him out.

Does Stark have anything that can harm Loki or even scratch his clothing? That doom lazor that Coulson shot him with didn't do any lasting damage, only blew him through the wall. That was based on Asgardian tech, I don't see Stark's tech doing any better.

The most that I see his laser doing to Loki is giving him a painful burn. But it's a one off thing and one hit probably won't be enough to take Loki out.
