Samus vs. Deadpool

This takes place on Tallon IV. Deadpool is his usual self.

Samus's gear and weapons:
1. PED Phazon Suit
2. Morph Ball (10 Power Bombs)
3. Missles (300x)
4. Annihilator Beam (Unlimited Dark and Light Ammo and Sonicboom)
5. Ice Beam (and Ice Spreader)
6. Plasma Beam (and Flamethrower)
7. Power Beam (and Super Missles)
8. Charge Beam
9. Space Jump Boots

There are two rounds:
1. Samus doesn't have Hyper Mode
2. Samus is using Hyper Mode.

Who wins this and why?

What does Deadpool have as far as weapons go?

He has his swords, his guns, and some grenades. Otherwise, he's Deadpool, so all of his powers as well.

I could be missing something, but I doubt any of Deadpool's conventional arsenal can even hurt Samus.

That said, I'm not sure what it takes to actually kill Deadpool.

Samus can't kill Deadpool, though pretty Samus is overwhelmingly faster and has much better DC than him

Samus can't kill Deadpool, but he can defeat him, I think. :/

Maybe just rip his arms off and just let him lay there and think about life.

Stomp for Samus, she has taken down far tougher creatures. She might not be able to full on kill Deadpool..but she leaves him torn to pieces.
