Agreed, but we need to remember that feat-wise Vermin ain't pushover himself. Hell, he's one of the scariest Spider-villains that made Parker piss himself during night. And day.

That was the case at some point, true. Today he's the villain Spider-man beats off-pannel while multitasking.

Pissing himself during fear itself was unrelated to Vermin 😛 also iirc hE already was in a pretty crap condition before the fight and CIS stopped him when he was winning.
I was actually talking about their later encounter where Pete was in a Fck u mode while looking for a kidnapped child. Vermin was among several super villains he routinely beat up.
