Rarest EU/Star wars merchandise you own

From figurines to posters or even other items, what Star Wars memorabilia do you own that would sell for a decent amount. How did you come across your item?

Lucas' kids, tied up in my basement, probably go for a few million.

I have thousands of dollars of Star Wars Miniatures, tbh. It was my introduction to the Star Wars Expanded Universe.

I own a ton of 30th Anniversary collectibles as well, such as Darth Revan's action figure and concept art Boba Fett.
