Peak HoT fights Vader in two rounds. He faces:

Round 1: RotS Vader

Round 2: RotJ Vader

Both are all-out battles.

Setting: The Senate Rotunda

No amp/prep time.

Who wins?

ROTJ Vader lols at HoT.

Suitless Vader has a much harder time of it, but wins anyway. (Anakin would stomp almost as hard as ROTJ Vader.)

Nope.

ROTJ Vader might be able to win due to his experience and refinement (although it would certainly be a tough fight), but ROTS suit-less Vader would get trounced. At that point he was too much of a reckless, unpolished idiot. The HoT was far more level-headed, a better tactician and probably more skilful.

Just saying it as it is.

Anakin, i.e. "Suit-less Vader" was skilled sure but he was too basic and straightforward, relying purely on a direct Form V offensive and little else. Plus he wasn't a very tactical fighter, mostly relying on his skill and power to win his fights.

I am quite confident that the HoT would be able to outwit and outmaneuver him.
