Krocs skin is bullet proof

Was fast enough to grab Tim drake out of the air

Tanked explosives

Was able to casually rip a bank vault door off

And even Batman said he is no match more. Meaning he needs a ton of prep to beat him.

No, it's not. Against low caliber bullets if anything, and even then it hurts him like hell, so it's not exactly "proof", more like "resistant-somewhat".

Croc is one of the biggest losers in comics. Any version of Cap destroys him.

Here both fighters are at their best high-end performances. From Werewolf's description he is apparently using Hush virus Croc, who was pretty beastly
