Savage Hulk did EXTREMELY well against a Phoenix 5 member that was stacked due to others losing their power. That's Savage. There are a couple on that lost that is far more powerful. If all of them are not dropped around the same time and 1 member ends up with the entirety of the Phoenix power, the Hulk loses.

Reed Richard's did compare Hulk power to the Phoenix Force though. 🙂
