desaad did a really nice respect thread here in kmc too. one of the few where all the links still seem to work. he'd need to be drafting a specific version of arion, no doubt. i know he had a lengthy period where he was in the meta tier, but he has a lot of really high feats too....
Arion doesn't break any rules without outside help which tourney rules wouldn't allow.
He cannot city bust nor can his shields defend from city busting attacks. In fact they've been shattered and broken by attacks that "bust a city block".
He cannot time manip without an outside power source. When he time travelled in Superman he travelled to ancient Atlantis to get one of his fathers power crystals.
In another instance when he drew the light power from all the stars it was only after his father moved a star closer to amp him
Also the issues in which he fought Superman and the new gods want Arion I was Mordru in possession of Arion's body. Mordru is trans.
More than willing to stipulate to pre COIE feats only though honestly the only post COIE feats above high meta aren't really Arion's feats at all. Which was why when I drafted him in Curry's high meta tourney half those judging etc said he was ok.
His power level is so low that to defeat most of those he did he used every bit of power he had and left himself powerless.

Pre COIE Arion with "magic at his peak" was forced to try and save as many as he could. Unable to protect his city. Unable to destroy his enemy.

The second two scans show what many would be the only pre COIE feat that could in any way place him above High Meta. He was wielding the light from all the heavens. Yet in the page prior he is chained and imprisoned and powerless and only achieves this because his father used his power to move a star closer to him to start the amp. The reason Arion was so weakened was because to defend his city from a "city busting attack" from his brother took everything he had.

Here is another "peak feat" but one done in the dark world which is his mothers dimesnion and by extension his by birth right. He doesn't operate on this level outside the Darkworld. Frankly nothing he did in the darkworld is above low herald.

Even after "absorbing the light of all the heavens" he is still weak after a battle and can only bind his brother.
The guy had to become a sword master and H2H master so he could defend himself when he had no power left. That's how "high tier" he was
