Australia has fought in a lot of colonial wars since the late 19th century. bore war, WWI+II- Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan, middle east

we haven't been invaded but Darwin was bombed twice, the Japanese worked their way down all the way to papa New Guinea

the story of the ANZAC'S is taught and regarded in schools and history
