Well, you cant harm a WW with anything but obsidian or valerian steel according to lore. If thats true, the White Walker will probably just cause T800 to freeze and shatter. There's just too much we don't know about the WWs.

Realistically though, T800 should be able to win (and probably stomp) feat wise.

Considering the T-800 was constructed of a metal powerful enough to handle the stresses of time travel, and all that damage they've taken. I doubt the Walker's ice powers would work as effectively or even at all on his frame.
