Many years between Episode "3.25" and that episode of Rebels, so Maul will probably reappear in a movie or two.But I don't see them ignoring Rebels, that ep was even loosely based on the comic from pre-Disney times, "Old Wounds". That's why Kenobi refers to Maul as one. Feels like 200% canon now, you know

Not necessarily. Its like when Anakin says to Dooku in ROTS - My Powers have doubled since the last time we met- We assumed he meant since AOTC. But there were plenty of other meetings since then. And given theres still like 10years between Solo and Rebels, it gives some room to play with.
