TLJ is the best Star Wars film to date.
You shut your mouth. You can like kylo and smoke and everything, but that movie was trash. The plot was trash, the characters are trash, and you could drive a dreadnought through its plot holes at hyper speed. It was the worse starwars film. I'd watch episode 2 over that trash heap any day
I would be infinitely more interested in one-shots instead of long series. It would also allow you to have different tones between each film which could make the universe more rich (for the that's one of the most appealing things of Rogue One). Sadly the MCU has showed us that viewers are glouttons for sequels so I don't expect them to go that way.

It also took the series somewhere new. I don’t agree with every single decision Johnson made but that doesn’t change that I loved the film. Aotc is crap.

They want to do everything at once. One-shots, trilogies and other stuff.Kenobi and Fett stories are on their way.

Considering solos massive bomb I can’t blame them. This is a huge financial failure but I always thought the shitty character of solo getting his own film was a bad idea.

That sucks, but I still can see them returning to one-shots sooner or later. Maybe after Kennedy gets replaced, who knows. Thanks for the link.
If thats the lesson they are taking away from Solo bombing then the guys in charge of Lucasfilm are completely retarded.
Thats like blaming Justice Leagues box office failure solely on the film itself, and pretending it had nothing to do with BvS or Suicide Squad.
If Lucasfilm give up on the Stand Alone movies then Im done with them.
Originally posted by StiltmanFTWThe one good thing I believe is this forces them to get the ruck away from the ot. They have gone to that well too many times. Move on and focus on original characters and stories. With the success of the MCU people won trust see it because it has a Star Wars label they need to make it interesting or an event film.
