i assume same rules for me as i used against phil in our low herald title belt. no time freezing etc, but i have access to using time for tech and all that--ie pulling out tech and weapons, which of course is kang's major power. essentially i can't use time offensively against anyone, but i can use it for personal purposes.

Reaching at it's finest lol but leo IS right. It's within his power to do so even if it is hax...we could just limit the power levels of said weapon he's retrieving
