Basic Knowledge means a win for DS, he'll be dodging a lot of bombs, but he is a smart fighter. Im gonna use the Batmanism on his behalf and say he 'finds a way'.

New52 deathstroke's Nth metal armor is crazy durable. He had a submarine filled with C4 dropped on him and only be stunned (though the armor was wrecked) and took several hits from Lobo. He's on a similar strength level to Norman, and that armor will allow him to take few bombs and enough time to shoot the glider out of the sky with his blast staff for a majority

He became younger, has both his eyes, which lessens his fighting (as he's still used to fighting with one eye). I-Ching may have also did something to him:

It seems largely consistent with what it was previously.

Deathstroke wins. His bombs are just as powerful......powerful enough to ko Superboy.
He's faster, more durable etc. Not to mention his staff would obliterate the guy.

Not sure what Norman you are talking about, but Norman Osborne crushes Stroke. He's flat out superior.

I don't think Deathstroke's new found youth has diminished him at all, he's not really used to fighting with two eyes yet, but he was still able to hold off Batman, and own Bronze Tiger, plus his HF is wildly better than it was before, and his strength seems to have been upgraded a little too.
