it took a major blast of electricity to the brain just to kill him

not only that but his strength has been throwing people around rooms, holding a man off a road in a speeding car with only one hand at ease.

McClane is good in a fist fight but still doesn't take this. Marv is just superhuman and has one hell of a punch and durability rate
