hmmm...i just assumed it was THIS version of herc...

if he has the weapons, that's...something altogether different. the one in the hulk cover is the one intended to be in the high meta tier though--i know cuz i'm the one who came up with the tiering idea and did the initial work on it however many years ago. the errors in it are a result of digi's updating it later. sneer

even with weapons he'd still likely be high meta/low herald. if he has the weapons though.....nice! 👆

pm him your opening? not sure. usually you pm...someone. then they open it and post them. not sure if it's id though, and he still hasn't said WHEN these are supposed to start. hope not too long. of course, i still gotta do a write up.... 😮
