Since it's past the draft and re-draft point, and I assume no more drafting will be done for the finales, anyone want to name who else they were considering using?
I can start off. My main ideas at the time were:
1) Rogue + Xavier. The idea was to create Onslaught+ [Xavier has him in his mind, Rogue has Magneto's template, and both Sage and Z'Cann (Skrull) have shown that a telepath can focus Rogue's power.] With Onslaught as the physical base, with Xavier to focus it all mentally, and any power of Rogue's could be pulled forth as need be.
2) I had this idea that if I drafted Element Lad + The Maker (Ultimate Reed Richards) or B5 I could effectively argue that I'd created the Progenitor.
3) I had another idea that I'll keep to myself (mostly because I know someone else wants to use it as well) but it involves unlocking control of the four fundamental aspects of the universe. If this was a three man amalgam, I would have gone for it.
