Calling the death penalty murder is like calling prison kidnapping. You're arguing from ignorance. You really don't understand the words you are using. Civilized countries dish out their punishment accordingly, instead of forgiving and trying to understand, needlessly.
Look my friend, you are a millionaire, why does it matter if Bashar, Robtard, Newjak and I see a word differently to you? You can still give X00,00's to charity.

Everyone you just mentioned has a problem with the death penalty not being a deterrent. Looks like you're still unable to read.

Is it possible? Yes.Looking at statistics: It seems that states that have the DP now, also have the higher rates of murder per capita, a few exceptions aside. So it's also logical too think that even upping Texas' current fastest execution rate to a year won't change much in terms of lowering murder rates. Some would argue more logical.
Also, please..I get the reason appeals exist. What I'm saying is we need to look at WHO we let appeal. A woman who admits to putting her kid in a microwave does NOT DESERVE A RETRIAL. We are not preserving freedom or helping others falsely accused by letting this b*tch run wild in our court system.
I never ever said "get rid of appeals as a thing".

Indeed.I'm also amazed at anyone thinking the criminals are "growing fat" in prisons that are barely up to human standards.
Such is the way of the humane American 👆
So hey, if prison is so shitty isn't the humane thing to do to kill them?
Guys let's not turn this into a back forth off topic argument. Let's stick to the topic at hand.

I never said don't look into things, etc. But there is a problem if we have no other recourse but FOUR retrials. Count them: four.
This woman admitted to killing her kid, not under any type of duress that was made apparent. She also never said she had a confession forced out of her. In fact, she maintained her "I did it" thing throughout each trial, that never changed.
I will never say do away with appeals, but something needs to change, desperately. But ignoring that: how many more retrials do you feel this woman should be entitled to? After 2 retrials, should a line of not been drawn?
