You have just posted random scans of Alan before he became Sentinel having a wood weakness. Which went away when he absorbed the dark aspect of the starheart and became sentinel. Just like Jade did in JLA 48 when she absorbed all the dark aspects of Starheart to free Alan from its control.
Judges, please read these scans. At no point is the weakness to wood mentioned, or addressed. They in no way support Abhi’s claim, or even appear relevant to the debate. Lowballing my feats, while lying and hyping up your own? Son, you really need to diversify your tactics. They’re getting stale. Firstly, the initial blitz was the only sneak attack. Punching Donna and outrunning her flying body? All speed baby. Even then, that doesn’t negate the speed she displayed in the first assault. I don’t know why you’d think that it would.

As to the Johnny quick scan, all you’ve shown is her managing to tag Johnny in a group situation. I am far stronger, more durable, and considering I’ll be on you before you can even think, while laying out a telepathic assault, it’s highly unlikely that will affect the outcome. You don’t have someone backing you up here Abhi. You’ve nowhere to hide. At all.
As to the Living Lightning, that’s a pathetic showing by most standards. For Ronan though, it’s actually a miracle, as he DID strike an opponent who was actually in motion! A motion that allowed him to talk to his teammates, and to have an idle chat with Ronan while the latter took aim. I’m not going to be so kind 
Also, If I’m fast enough to overwhelm Donna Troy with my speed, and react to a Flash with ease? Odds are I’m faster than lightning. Much, much faster.

Considering how irrelevant this is, due to the IMMENSE gap in our speed either way, I shouldn’t waste my time, but what the hell. If you look at the scan, you’ll clearly see that Apocalypse has curved his entire arm around in front of Quicksilver. It’s not as though he simply made it bigger. And Subsonic he may be, but that is STILL faster than Abhi’s amalgam. Though, to be fair, my opponent has always made a name for himself by being rather slow, if you catch my drift.

They may be from an alternate dimension, yet as Forerunner’s durability and strength has been shown many times over already, there is nothing that contradicts the accuracy of the statements. She threw Monarch on his back, and rather than try and overpower her (Which would be more a lesson, one would think) he pleaded to her sense of self-preservation. That should tell you all it needs to.
