It would. But Beerus is a CASUAL universe buster. To the point where he can do it with a single blast, or even his punches. So even assuming he can bust a universe and a half with one blast, Goku could bust at least a universe.

Either way, they're still both considered universe busters. Disregard BG, as the rest of us do. 👆

No. Their argument is that Superman is omnipotent when operating at his full potential. The times when he is overpowered and/or beaten/killed aren't when he is considered to be at his full potential. They used Superman at what they consider his most powerful "un-amped" level.
