Awful, she needs to start considering Human Rights.

It says they failed to protect vulnerable people, but how? Were these people killed or beaten whilst detained?

What should they do? Let these people walk around free..before they have even determined if they deserve asylum?

On the other hand the woman admitted to letting a policy run in a discriminatory way, so shouldn't that get her fired?
