I was going to mention the notion that Hulk is a legit speedster as an exeption more than the rule.

Most writers do not consider Hulk as having super speed they consider him to be fast for his size.

Some of the examples shown of hulk intercepting characters on the move are just that. Hulk is intercepting a moving character.

You can easily do that by calculating the trajectory of the moving object and is not necessarily "super speed" is a non-sequiter at best

Btw team wins unless hulk has super speed of microsecond reaction time vs normal speed then in that case Hulk wins but... if it is "fast for his size speed" vs normal speed team wins

Hulk loses because there is just one Hulk, but three of them and it only takes one to toss his ass into space. Face it, without a speed advantage Hulk can't win. If you want to turn speed back on for everyone then..he still can't win.

If this is a hulk that isnt gimped, then hulk has been displayed at blurring speeds on panel.

The OP said the intent was not to give Hulk a speed advantage. Thus we can assume everyone has equal speed.

As for bashing the Hulk..it should tell you something that the only way Hulk has a shot at winning was for one side to be handicapped while Hulk is not hindered one bit.

Hulk gets more then enough love here trust me.
