We can deter that she's a bit more mature now; maybe she refined her abilities a little bit more between S5 and rebels but nothing that will be a game-changer if she was facing Savage. I could be wrong though

She's referred to as powerful a few times throughout the Rebels Recon videos, IIRC. Filoni also said that if she fought Vader (a Vader who is "in his prime"😉 that she wouldn't be a push-over. So it's fair to assume she's increased in power by quite a bit since the Clone Wars.
