Can Namor win this and how many out of 10/10 can Goku take?

Namor can't win even 1/10 because he's not fast enough. Not even his radar sense or other exotic powers can make up for the speed difference.

Ffs, even Kami couldn't see Goku and Piccolo fighting... they were moving so fast.

Namor. To strong and durable for this Goku. Namor have some decent speed feats like grabbing Rockets. He will be able to tag Goku sometime.

That particular version of Goku is way too experienced for Namor, even without delving into the speed difference.

Goku was 14 years old at the beginning of the series, but if you mean Goku after he trained with Kami then Namor is getting wrecked.

High end Namor tanked things much more powerfull than Goku attacks, and hurted people with much more durability.

I think he is like 10 to 50x faster than sound.

Anime is used here. In the Anime, it was said he is faster than light.

Fast enough to make all of Namor's speed feats irrelevant, including the classic feat of him catching rockets...
