The Vision is the unquantifiable component here. Everything he/it was doing seemed like there was no effort being put in yet his movie feats are obviously limited due to weak opponents. Vibranium infused genetic structure and ability to phase through matter would have to count for something here.
I can see him being the last one standing in Infinity Wars part 1 as Thanos will likely make short work of the rest of the current team. My guess is that Thanos will beat Thor in Ragnarok and Thor will somehow go off and become more powerful ala Gandalf style in LotR and with Hulk gone and I don't think he'll put in an appearance in IW1 then Thanos will be held off by The Vision after Thanos beats the rest of them then Vision will be killed for the mind stone but Thor and Hulk will arrive in pt2 to save the day
So on that I can't say if Vision can currently beat that team but if his potential future showing is good he could well solo them.
As it stands though I'll have to give it to nuclear man, faora and Zod.
Nuclear Man fought Reeves Superman and did better against him than the 3 kryptonians did. Superman had near pre crisis powers in those films. No one could match Nuclear Man physically in this battle. However, he has an easily exploitable weakness. Thor could make storm clouds come in and darken the battlefield, taking Nuke Man out of the battle. Avengers would have tough time with Krypton ians though. They'd be tougher than Loki and Ultron.
