She's not that fast and Punisher ain't that slow.

Punisher, easily.

Round one Punisher gets wrist tazered.

Straight h2h punisher wins eventually. Due to toughness.

Punisher wins round 1 as well due to being more heavily armed. IiRC, BW doesn't even wear any bulletprrof protection.

Yeah guards. Punisher took out a similar number of gangsters in his opeming scene.

He might be a good fight for a non crazed Bucky after Civil War.

I think Widow could beat him H2H.

The beatings she took from Bucky in WS and CW should make it or pretty impossible for Frank to put her down in melee. And her skill and peak street stats should let her take him down.

What beating? You mean her nearly getting choked to death? How is that a good showing?

She didn't take any beating at all. She got thrown once in TWS before tasering his arm and running away, then in Civil War Bucky pulled her off his head and sarted choking her before T'challa arrived

Punisher damage soak is insane, he wins.

Warzone Punisher is pretty over-the-top. Guy soaks up gunfire, jumps off like 2-3 storey buildings like nothing, IIRC. And showed plenty of melee/H2H skill himself. Plus, he is physically strong enough to completely cave someone's face in with a hard punch. Widow is fast and agile, but that is only going to help her so much here. Punisher wins.
