Jiraiya loses every time. Actual power and abilities don't matter much on his side as she's an incredibly sexy woman with measurements that don't even exist in Narutoverse. Jiraya's gonna lose his shit and if he doesn't die from a nose bleed, he'll end up a statue or her slave.

Yeah. Because Sanji is a young pervert. Roshi is an old, nearly decrepit(visually anyway) life long lecher.

Sanji still needed a blood tranfusion after seeing mermaids. That aside Boa wins in both bouts. Neither Jiraiya nor Roshi have any defense against Boa's curves. Though Jiraiya doesn't actually need to see with Sage Mode so there's that.

That was my point. If Sanji needed a blood transfusion, what do you think a 90+ year old Roshi who is far more lecherous(looking at a teenagers naked poon for example) will need? A headstone, lol.

You guys are joking right? If this was a joke battle, then yes Jirayai loses. Since this is a serious fight, Jirayai wore likely kills her.

Jirayai pervertness is seen only outside of battle and when he's acting the fool. Look what happened when Itachi put that female in a genjutsu, it was implied that Jiraiya knocks her out.

Also, Jiraiya for all his pervertness is a stone cold killer at heart, you mess with him or his family, he won't cared how hot you are, he'll try to kill you.

When did Jiraiya ever display a love for his family? He has none.

He will lose this fight though. Hancock's powers get proportionally more powerful based on how attractive you find her. Jiraiya would be mega weak to her. Someone like, say, Nagato would do better.

Did you forget the 3rd speech to Orochimaru? Family is not just blood in the Naruto verse, it's the person that fights next to you, the village you pledge you're loyalty too. The 3rd Hogake hammered that in the 3 Sannins head when they were his students.

Jiraiya was the biggest example of that family unit.he sacrificed himself for Konoha just to get Intel on Pein.

In a fight, let's not forget Jiraiya has killed plenty of people in the wars. Pretty sure he's killed a few beautiful Konochis.

Not only that, Jiraiya is far more versatile that Hancock.

Jiraiya died before the absurd power creep happened. Also Boa's power works even if you're only slightly attracted to her. The best thing he has going for him is Frog Song.

Jiraiya is a freaking ninja! By the time he was 12 at the most, he was taught to kill. Jiraiya can be a stone cold killer if he wants too. Boa's power may work on him, but it won't be that easy.

Also, Jiraiya has more that Frog Song going for him. He has a plethora of summons, Ma and Pa that can also summons, sealing, Jutsu combination with Gamabunta and the other Toads.

One good swamp of the underworld would end Boa.

Also why is Boa, the pirate, not considered a stone cold killer? She kicks puppies around and gets a pass because she's beautiful. And Jiraiya will not be able to do a thing to Boa because in character he would want to **** her and that is all she needs to secure the win.

Right, because he tickled a captives means what exactly? It's not like Jiraiya fought in at least 2 wars? It's not like he was trained to kill at an early age.

What happened after Pein caned out, he's attitude did a 180, he was ready to kill Pein to preserve the safety of Konoha and Naruto.

Well Itachi was able to take advantage of Jiraiya's perviness. Why wouldn't Boa when her power is talor made for his pervy nature.

Also, as I mentioned before, Jiraiya died before the Naruto verse went bonkers with its power tier. His best bet is genjutsu.

And there's a good chance genjutsu wouldn't work against someone with Emperor's Haki.

It means that your image of Jiraiya as a stone cold unflappable Itachi like badass is silly

Jiraiya is strong but in character he will fall to Boa every time. This is the first time he's meeting her and both are in character. He loses. Entirely.
