Still Gohan I'd say, Bojack looked weaker than Cell to me, and Dabura was supposed to be slightly tougher.

Bojack was definitely weaker than Cell, imo.

That said, SSJ2 Gohan(Boo-era) wins. He stalemated Dabra, who was no less than equal to(possibly a bit more powerful than) Cell.

Also, the fact Goku was likely talking about pre zenkai Cell shows how much Gohan slipped, considering base Perfect Cell was a joke to SSJ2 teen Gohan, and I doubt Darbura was MUCH stronger. (Certainly nowhere near Zenkai boost levels.)

Yeah, the difference between Dabra and Cell was marginal, at best. The only reason Dabra was slightly more powerful was due to his esoteric magical abilities(as Goku noted.)

Which Dabura fight? In the second one, the short d*ck measuring contest, Gohan after being reminded the rules of his universe powered up to a point that the supreme Kai thought he alone could be the worlds savior... After seeing Goku power up to match Majin Vegeta. I've never bought in to the weaker Gohan thing.

He was a good deal weaker according to Vegeta, who although may have been exaggerating should be taken into account.
