The probation terms included requiring Bundy to write out a Bible verse 25 times a day ("If a man digs a pit, he will fall into it." -- Proverbs 26:27), and getting married within 30 days.

take the probation, 15 days jail is still a jail sentence and can impact your job history

Well, i look at it this way. Would you rather have a woman make sammiches for you or would you rather be the woman making sammiches for your celly?

15 days in jail CAN affect your job history, but a possible divorce/and or child support seems the greater threat...

The way the courts treat men in this country..I honestly wouldn't blame him for taking the jail time. It makes me a bit sad that I'm not even sure if I'm saying that sarcastically or not.

What happens if the women decides not to marry him within those 30 days? Does that mean he will be in violation of his probation and get sent to jail?

Seriously terrible ruling with that is a stipulation.

Orrr what if she agree's but then bails out at the last minute and in a fit of rage he beats her down. Can he just say "temporary insanity" for that? Since I mean..going to jail isn't cool.

But...it would be funny if he got married and still had to go to jail because the comedy just writes itself. You always have the "we are married and totally don't have sex anymore!!" cliche, and now here is a married man DESPERATELY praying he doesn't get any sex for the immediate future.
