Superboy Prime, after being hit with energy drain, and literally in Kryptonite that effected him(since it was made by Earth-Prime Element Lad), one shot Mon-El. The same Mon-El who was sometimes superior to Pre-CRISIS Superboy. SBP did that with Kryptonite in I believe the very same hand he one-shot Mon-El with.

Accelerating a planet 50 times g is the same as lifting 50 earth weights. But Accelerating a planet to light speed in a second is the same as exerting beyond 30 million Earth weights of force. The sun mass is about 330,000 times Earth's mass. So SBP was exerting forces of beyond 100 sun weights. This is beyond anything that any Hulk has ever done.
Hulks sun feat is hyperbole. The weilder stated it was forged from a sun, not that it is made from a complete sun. The matter from some stars is incredibly dense. Therefore, the spear could possibly weigh tonnage. Saying "weight of a star" is simply hyperbole or exaggeration talk since it was both heavy and made from a star. Treating the statement as hyperbole makes everything make sense. Treating it as literal and we get things that make no sense. PM able to easily lift it while being rocked by Caps shield in the SAME Scene.
