Ranma wins, by end of Manga He/she has an incredible number of HAX attacks including energy redirection (think Inu-Yasha's backlash wave; same mangaka) and speed and strength on an insane level (able to throw hundreds of blows that appear as one punch and the strength to hurt Ryoga who fell hundreds of feet into solid stone without being injured and has lifted a frozen lake with a single arm with ease.
Btw Ranma 1/2 is my favorite anime.
