Superman vs Thor: fist fight

If you can't find Thor being able to beat a Herald in h2h for last 50 years, how are you giving him wins over Superman when he smashes every Herald and skyfathers on regular intervals with his bare fists?

I didn't say he can't fight hand to hand, I said he typically doesn't fight hand to hand. He happens to have a powerful weapon at his disposal, so what wouldn't he use it? droolio

Bill with only his natural power fought Thor to a double KO and had to save Thor from dying in LAVA.

Damage soak, striking power, and melee fist-fighting efficiency are Superman's bread and butter.

Ok, let's break this down.

Thor without Mjolnir vs Superman, speed equalized just h2h, f2f.

Strength
Superman is stronger than Thor.
Superman 1:0 Thor

Punching power
Superman hits harder than Thor without Mjolnir.
Superman 2:0 Thor

Durability
Supermans invulnerability is superior to Thor damage soak.
Superman 3:0 Thor

H2H skills
Superman has the experience in brawling and MA training from the best. Thor has his traditional brawling skills and tons of experience too. I would say this is a toss up.
Superman 4:1 Thor

So. All relevant things taken into account, I don't see Thor winning, not even 2 out of 10.

Sure this is a cripled Thor, since he has no Mjolnir but Superman is equally crippled, no speed and exotic powers.

The main argument for Superman vs. Thor and several others is his speed advantage in combat. Now you all are trying to downplay it. All the seeing in slow motion, light speed reactions, overcoming a "time stop", you are casually throwing it out of the window so Superman can win.
