No one is dumb enough to believe the artist rendition of a character lying on the ground after a grand scale attack with his eyes opened, who in fact died in the story line, it supposed to be unconscious and not dead. Giving ABHI props. He is doing good in this thread. Both sides are coming with solid arguments but ABHI is making some good points here. I just think it's easier to find showings like that for Supes because he isn't walking around with a powerful artifact like Thor. Superman is mainly fist cuffs. His argument is still solid though.

Abby is a proven liar and his credibility hovers right around zero. He never accepts responsibility for lying. He can post a shit load of scans, but it doesn't make a difference. Scans are not always proof of what is being claimed, and in Abby's case, they usually aren't proof. Just like yesterday when he claimed Superman wasn't dead, just KOed when he's lying there motionless with his goddamn eyes open. Just like when he claimed Superman resisted being drained from Suneater in which case Superman A) willingly gave up his EP energy to help attract Suneater and B) WAS in fact drained, but by his own doing. Just like when he claimed that the only reason Triumph was able to drain Superman was because he was "magically powered" even though this is not supported by the comic whatsoever. Nice scans and all, but your starting to get things all convoluted. I'd rather keep it close to the thread title because it's a waste of time posting Thor's energy tanking feats and such and some of the others like that quantum zealot one. Just too numerous and not really in keeping with the thread subject..
Btw wasn't that a quantum mechanic the quantum zealot was attacking? Also they had energy like bodies. Can't really one shot those. Iirc the other leaguers like Steel was hammering those zealots in half.

Pretty much like the Morg/Terrax scene. Just harder to tell from the art, as there are no motion lines.
