What really baffles me is the idea that we promote freaks, and these freaks are often figures that go on to do great things, or rule the world. I'm guessing part of the offer of a plea deal was so that the children didn't have to testify. Regardless, when looking at what Sandusky rightfully got and then this it's hard not to notice the disparity. All involved in both cases used foundations geared towards children to collect and exploit their victims. Their victims will always have to live with this. 20 years would have been a good starting point.
