Hillary Clinton had at least 305 classified emails on her private server, mostly for the purposes of covering her own posterior.

She has yet to be arrested, or even charged, and maintains that sending classified information over a private network shouldn’t disqualify her from seeking the presidency.

Jason Brezler, an officer in the U.S. Marines, sent three classified emails from a private account to blow the whistle on a sick and corrupt local official in Afghanistan whose actions led to the death of three of his comrades.

He was thrown out of the military after being brought up on charges.

The tragic story of Jason Brezler began in 2012, when he sent two classified emails to his unit in Afghanistan.

However, the emails had an urgent purpose — Brezler had learned that a corrupt local police chief had the rather unfortunate tendency to sneak teenage boys onto the base for sex.

The Marines decided not to act on the information, and in August of 2012, one of those teenage boys shot three Marines to death.

Brezler then decided to blow the whistle on what had happened, sending an email to Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y. However, instead of an investigation into how such a disgusting incident was allowed to occur, Brezler was brought up on charges of sending classified information over a private computer and kicked out of the Marine Corps.

Think of that. Three classified emails to expose the practices of a corrupt pedophile being shielded by military officials and you get kicked out of the military. Yet, send or receive 305 classified emails from a private server to obstruct investigators, and you’re a presidential frontrunner who’s being politically hounded.

The story isn’t finished quite yet, though. One of the parents of the Marines murdered, Greg Buckley Sr., has filed a lawsuit against the government in search of answers. Among other things, he wants Jason Brezler reinstated.

“Right now, I just want Jason to be re-enlisted back into the Marine Corps,” Buckley said. “He doesn’t need a dishonorable discharge. He’s a hero as far as I’m concerned, he just tried to save my son’s life.”

“Whoever ignored those warnings has never been held accountable,” Buckley’s lawyer added. “But instead they spent three years trying to destroy his career.” (H/T BizPac Review)

How can you call it hypocrisy and then want the opposite to happen? Shouldn't either neither get charged or both?

It's poor form to take one issue like that and try to tie it to an unrelated pet issue of yours.

The only fair thing to do is give Clinton the presidency and reinstate this guy with a jump in pay/rank to O4, everyone wins and is happy that way.

Hilary has zero chance of winning. People are sick of her fakeness.

I wouldn't say "zero", regardless of how people may personally feel about her, she's a serious contender still.

So you can joke about stuff like...well every other issue you've joked about like black violence and police violence, the President, etc... But when it comes to soldiers we're supposed to be stone faced and serious?

And he wasn't under duress. He wasn't forced to send those messages under threat of harm or something like that. He felt he needed to, but that's not the same as being under duress.

Also, couldn't he have gotten the info to the right people using the right channels?

I'm not saying what happened was right, because it's wrong. But did he have other avenues of letting people know what happened?

1. You can't talk about hypocriticism, while being hypocritical. i.e This is a serious matter, don't joke about it because it's about a soldier. -has previously joked about other serious matters with abandon-

2. I was asking if there were indeed other paths he could have delivered the information along that wouldn't have gotten him discharged.

3. I was saying he wasn't under duress, because he wasn't forced to send those e-mails for any reason other than his moral compass compelling him to.

Well if you want to say Hilary should be in jail for it and the guy did the same thing then they both should be in prison right?

My own personal feelings would be..no jail time for either, but kicked out of marines for the guy and for Hilary no longer allowed to hold any kind of public office or whatever.
