not sure about this but in term of strength ghost rider can crush alucard thousand times.

I would expect the Penance Stare to be of some effect here, but maybe I'm wrong thanks to stuff like Schroedinger?

Well don't recall Alucard being immune to soul**** so, hellfire should do the trick regardless
