I don't think Zannah is his equal in speed, but whatever level of parity they have in speed is good for Zannah rather than bad for Bane.

They're equal enough that it makes no difference and with Soresu, Zannah can be as effective in defense as a faster opponent is in offense.

Sidious is a lot faster than either of them, so it's pretty irrelevant to squabble about who's faster between Bane and Zannah; they're obviously peers in the grand scheme of things.

Any arguments supporting why these two would do much better than the brothers?

They're better than them? And Sidious can't use the Force to gain the advantage.
