Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha vs Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha

Round 1: VotE Hashirama & Madara VS BORUTO Naruto & Sasuke

Round 2: Madara gets Senjutsu/Rinnegan/Wood

Round 3: Madara gets Kurama

Setting: Valley of the End, speed equalized if you feel it necessary.

Round 1: Naruto and Sasuke take this. Madara at this point would be inferior to Sasuke and Hashirama would have his hands full with the versatility Naruto brings with a complete Kurama. Though Naruto's rusty combat prowess my give Hashirama reprieve but it won't be enough if he has to fight both.

Round 2: This tips the scale into Hashirama and Madara's favor. Now Madara has Hashirama's jutsu and access to Limbo or the Mazo statue: I know Sasuke should also have the Mazo but Madara's shown its effectiveness in battle. Either way Naruto would be outmatched this time and Sasuke would be on the defensive.

Round 3: Does Madara still keep his Wood/Rinnegan/Senjutsu from round 2? Because if not then this would probably just end up like round one with Madara having the firepower to keep up.

Pretty much, yeah. Then again, he's probably still got better Taijutsu/Kenjutsu skills under his belt as well as higher-tier fire-style attacks. You probably shouldn't just write him off, here.

Hashirama has a pretty perfect skillset for fighting Naruto, too; his Wood-style can absorb chakra, which (to a degree) restricts Naruto from effectively using Kurama mode.

Honestly, I think the new!gen team would have better odds if Naruto fought Madara and Sasuke fought Hashirama.

To be fair, I'll restrict his access to the Gedo Mazou. Though considering Limbo's properties, Madara's a tricky one to fight now because Sasuke's the only one who can see him and Naruto's the only one who can hurt him.

He doesn't.

Naruto defeated a moon-buster in Kurama mode, just throwing that out there.

He also absorbed the power of the sage of six paths.

Naruto and Sasuke take all rounds with mild difficulty.

Moon cutter, not buster, with said moon being a little different from the RL Moon.

He doesn't have that power anymore.

No they don't. Madara with Senjutsu+Mokuton+Rinnegan is not someone they would walk all over.

Toneri was pretty strong when using the altar, though. He almost used the sun's energies to destroy the planet, but it was too much for him to handle

Anyway, yeah, no one' shaving an easy time here.

No they don't. Madara with Senjutsu+Mokuton+Rinnegan is not someone they would walk all over.

And in the second round, its the same Madara who beat the Five Kage, not the suped up Sage Madara.

It's not the same Madara that beat the kages. Both his EMS incarnation and to a greater degree his revived incarnation, are stronger than Edo Madara.

Assuming they always decide to split off into Naruto vs. Hashirama & Sasuke vs. Madara matchups, maybe. But it's more likely they'll employ teamwork or switch things around at times.
