Even if you take away his Logia defense, Ace can still basically ignore or absorb any flame less than what he's capable of putting out, and the Mera Mera no Mi is stupid powerful. Like...Ace could literally wipe out the Caricific Valley if he felt like it.

Also he's far faster, stronger, and tougher than Charizard. And he's got all that nifty Haki. Poke'mon loses 20/10 this time.

It's pretty clear though that Sakazuki's magma is much hotter than normal, just like Ace's flames are much hotter than normal. He'd probably wade through even Magmar and other lava poke'mon.
