If we go by his space cheese feats, he's around abstract level. If we go by his fights, he's high trans or low skyfather level. I'm pretty sure that his space cheese feats were performed by his true form and his fights were performed by his avatar. I believe that this claim is given credibility by highfather's statement about the new gods being fractured among the alternate realities and the reappearance of steppenwolf (even though brutaal killed him).

He also created Stayne out of his giant cosmic fist, as an exact opposite of Takion.

He increases the magnetic fields between Stayne and the planet and tackles into her and they crash into it like a meteor.
A moment later he decides to change the scenery and teleports them all the way to the Source wall at the edge of the universe with a thought.
Feels the ripples of change surging across the universe.
Stops time around Hjssua and teleports him back to his home planet.
When they collide they tear though the fabric of the universe and tumble through the void, still in combat.
Then they teleport back to Earth. But not because he wanted to go to Earth, because he wanted to be brought to the Source. His power works by will, even if he doesn't know/do something consciously. He just alters reality on a whim.
Turns Stayne to antimatter. She reforms.
Atomizes Stayne. She reforms.

With the Omega Force, Darkseid has the power of life and death itself.
He can wipe others from existence, send them into a never ending hell, and has also shown the ability to raise other characters from the dead on a whim. Even regenerated his entire army with a thought.
Death happens only when he chooses to grant it.
